This folder contains the predictions of AUGUSTUS (version 1.5) on the Drosophila melanogater genome (dm2).
The file dm2.allchr.augustus.gtf contains the predictions for all chromosomes.
The files dm2.chrN.augustus.gtf contains the predictions for chromosome N.
The files ending in .gz are packed with gzip.
